Ovvero: e' l'individuo capace e disposto sperimentare qualsiasi cosa,qualsiasi tipo di forza favorevole o meno,quindi che sappia come mettersi al di sopra di qualsiasi avversita' e gestire la situazione.
Tutte le religioni soppressive e fondamentaliste vanno contro all'aumento dell' intelligenza dell'individuo,in quanto tolgono totalmente la responsabilita' all' individuo per demandarla totalmente a qualcosa di distante e non visibile ( un dio ).
Questo vale anche per governi e strutture rigide di qualsiasi tipo. ( in Cina i Falun dafa rapprsentano l'esempo tipico di coloro che vogliono accrescere il lor potere di osservazione e mentale e sono osteggiati con la forza dal governo).
Come qualcuno avra' capito l' aumento de QI e' il nemico totale delle strutture criminali ( che tendono a comprimere e soggiogare chiunque, ma anche semplicemente una famiglia patriarcale , schiava di tabu' e restrizioni ,che vede nello sviluppo mentale e di azione di un figlio un nemico da combattere.
