ESAMINANDO IL CONFLITTO TRA DUE O PIU' PERSONE O GRUPPI SI EVIDENZIERANNO LE SOLUZIONI POSSIBILI

SE ESISTESSE UNA SCALA DA 0 FINO A 4 ( DOVE 0 SAREBBE VICINO ALLA MORTE DELL'INDIVIDUO E 4 LE MASSIME POTENZIALITA' POSITIVE ) SI POTREBBE NOTARE CHE DA 2 FINO A 0 ESISTONO TUTTE LE CARATTERISTICHE NEGATIVE POSSIBILI

Tralasciamo quindi tutta la parte positiva e concentriamoci sul nocciolo duro della questione,ovvero tutti i casi nevrotici,psicotici,fobie croniche che riguardano la societa' attuale.Il vero problema inizia da 1,5 in giu'. Cominciamo a trovare tutti i casi di collera e gestione tirannica delle persone (dittature,strutture criminali e mafiose appartengono a questo livello ) .Scendendo ancora abbiamo pero' i casi piu' nascosti e piu' pericolosi,in quanto essendo nascosti e piu' numerosi ( sono succubi totali dei livelli superiori ) riescono a causare un danno ambientale superiore.Al fondo ci sono i derelitti apatici con pensieri di morte costante.

Sviluppo il tutto sfruttando le mie esperienze asiatiche che sono un fenomenale esempio.

Oggi si sentono i commenti entusiasti di molte persone sulla Cina che sta comprando tutto in Italia,se non poi scandalizzarsi quando scoprono che queste operazioni sono avvenute con riciclaggi internazionali tra privati,banche e societa' di comodo.L'italiano non ha ancora capito che la Cina e' praticamente simile alla Corea del nord ( una struttura tirannica che rende succube la popolazione con sistemi nascosti ). Quindi un intero stato a livello 1,1 della scala precedentemente menzionata.Il motto principale di questi stati e' : "come li possiamo fregare?"

Ed e' lo stesso dei cinesi in Italia sia che siano di prima o seconda o terza generazione.Quando vengono intervistati le prime cose che dicono sono : a noi piace poco come vi ritrovate perche' siamo tendenzialmente timidi e preferiamo starcene per conto nostro e fare le cose come decidiamo noi.

Stanno praticamente dicendo : noi siamo 1,1 adoriamo sfruttare tutto cio' che possiamo di nascosto,vogliamo sembrare ok per l'ambiente e se cercate di fermarci faremo di tutto per fregarvi. Lungi dall' essere il modus operandi della Corea del sud ( ancora piu' del Giappone ) che potenzia terribilmente le abilita' individuali,il desiderio positivo di emergere e " mettere il proprio marchio individuale" sulle azioni create e che siano riconosciute dal mondo intero.Quindi e' intuibile che dalla singola persona, come pure uno stato,a livello 3,trovare accordi a 1,1 e' praticamente impossibile,in quanto si scivola in scontri quasi inevitabili.

Difficile e' sempre riuscire a localizzare i soggetti a questi livelli,in quanto sono nascosti,e giocano la loro miglior carta mimetizzandosi come se il loro livello tonico fosse elevato ( mostrare famiglie unite con figli sorridenti non sono indicatori validi : anche i peggiori criminali hanno sempre agito in tale modo).Qui il marketing insegna molto  quando dice che le prove continue con test pratici  danno la visione autentica della situazione.In ogni caso ci troviamo con il livello piu' difficile da gestire tanto e' vero che e' meglio disconnettere da tali soggetti piuttosto che cercare di portarli a livelli alti ( e' sempre una cosa penosissima cercare di guarire uno psicotico o un apatico cronico, e tutti i casi da 1'1 fino a 0 rientrano in questa categoria).

IF AN EXISTING OF A SCALE FROM 0 TO 4 (WHERE 0 WOULD BE CLOSE TO THE DEATH OF THE INDIVIDUAL AND 4 THE MAXIMUM POSITIVE POTENTIAL) YOU CAN NOT BE AWARE THAT FROM 2 UNTIL 0 ALL POSSIBLE NEGATIVE CHARACTERISTICS EXIST

So let's leave the whole positive part and concentrate on the hard core of the issue, that is all the neurotic, psychotic, chronic phobias affecting the society today. The real problem starts from 1.5 downwards. We begin to find all the cases of anger and tyrannical management of people (dictatorships, criminal structures and mafia belong to this level) .Sending yet we have the most hidden and most dangerous cases, as they are hidden and more numerous ( they are total succubus of the higher levels) they succeed in causing a superior environmental damage. At the bottom there are the apathetic derelicts with thoughts of constant death.

Development all taking advantage of my experiences in Asia that are a phenomenal example.

Today we hear the enthusiastic comments of many people on China who are buying everything in Italy, if not then scandalized when they find out that these operations have occurred with international recycling between private individuals, banks and companies' of convenience.The Italian has not yet understood that China is practically similar to North Korea (a tyrannical structure that makes the population succubus with hidden systems). So a whole state at level 1.1 of the scale mentioned above. The main motto of these states is "how can we fool them?"

And it is the same of the Chinese in Italy whether they are first or second or third generation. When they are interviewed the first things they say are: we do not like how you find yourself because we tend to be shy and prefer to stay on our own and do things like we decide.

They are practically saying: we are 1.1 we love to exploit all that we can secretly, we want to look ok for the environment and if you try to stop we will do everything to cheat you. Far from being the modus operandi of South Korea (even more 'than Japan) that tremendously empowers individual skills, the positive desire to emerge and "put their individual brand" on the actions created and that are recognized by the whole world. So it is understandable that from a single person, as well as a state, at level 3, finding agreements at 1.1 is practically impossible, as it slips into almost inevitable clashes.

Difficult and 'always be able to locate the subjects at these levels, as they are hidden, and play their best card camouflaged as if their tonic level was high (show families united with smiling children are not valid indicators: even the worst criminals have always acted in this way). Here marketing teaches a lot when it says that the continuous tests with practical tests give the authentic vision of the situation. In any case we find ourselves with the most difficult level to manage so much it is better to disconnect from such subjects rather than trying to bring them to high levels (it is always a very painful thing to try to heal a psychotic or chronic apatist, and all cases from 1 to 0 fall into this category).

PURTROPPO QUESTO E' UN ARGOMENTO DI PRECISIONE CHE RIGUARDA IL DECADIMENTO DAGLI ANNI '80

SE UN INSIEME DI DATI DOVESSE ESSERE MESSO PER PRIMO PER IMPORTANZA, QUESTO E' QUELLO CHE AVREBBE LA PRIORITA'

Il motivo e' semplicissimo:si occupa dell' individuo " con gli altri, nel bene o nel male" (quindi non solo il se' individuale ).

Se dovessimo assistere ad una disputa tra due persone,che tende a degenerare,ci potremmo accorgere che una di loro parla solo di soluzioni creative e positive,mentre l'altra solo di morte e distruzione in generale.Questo fenomeno avviene anche con piu' persone,in famiglia,amici,lavoro, politica,etc.

Il mio esempio personale con i cinesi resta validissimo: diversi personaggi tra loro, che avevano una comunicazione ricca,attiva,interessante,quando erano con il sottoscritto,appena rientravano in famiglia venivano bombardati di invalidazioni, paure, terrori (tutte incapacita' che la famiglia coltivava e gestiva da anni ) e il risultato era che le persone si allontanavano,anzi sparivano del tutto,letteralmente avvolte da un ondata di negativita' che si impossessava di loro ( anche se apparentemente ai loro occhi tutto sembrava positivo,in quanto venivano date loro certezze su soldi,amicizie,lavoro,futuri compagni,sebbene tutto cio' li faceva piombare nella piu' atroce apatia criminale da dove giungeva la loro famiglia,con relativi sostenitori,quindi venivano escluse totalmente tutte le abilita' individuali).Questo esempio si e' moltiplicato negli anni fino ad oggi con tutti i cittadini italiani in vari frangenti,in quanto giorno per giorno le persone finiscono per associarsi con "mangiatori di energie altrui" o soppressivi nella peggiore ipotesi.Nulla di piu' nefasto nell' incontrare una coppia dove il marito e' un entusiasta attivo,mentre la consorte e' un apatica cronica.A parte la sgradevolezza del confronto, il fallimento ( se non addirittura scontri fisici )della  coppia e' assicurato. Stesso discorso vale per gruppi,posti di lavoro,aree sociali e politiche,dove esiste un enorme divario di livello tonico non maneggiato.

UNFORTUNATELY  THIS IS A PRECISION ARGUMENT THAT REGARDS THE DECADITION FROM THE EIGHTIES



IF A SET OF DATA SHOULD BE MADE FIRST BY IMPORTANCE, THIS IS WHAT THE PRIORITY HAS



The reason is very simple: it deals with the individual "with others, for better or for worse" (therefore not only the individual self).

If we were to witness a dispute between two people, which tends to degenerate, we might realize that one of them speaks only of creative and positive solutions, while the other only of death and destruction in general. This phenomenon also happens with more people , in the family, friends, work, politics, etc.


My personal example with the Chinese remains very valid: different characters among them, who had a rich, active, interesting communication, when they were with me, as soon as they returned to the family they were bombarded with invalidations, fears, terrors (all the incapacities that the family cultivated and managed for years) and the result was that people went away, even disappeared altogether, literally enveloped by a wave of negativity 'that took possession of them (although apparently in their eyes everything seemed positive, as they were given certainties on money, friendships, work, future comrades, although all this 'made them fall into the most' atrocious criminal apathy from where their family came, with their supporters, so they were totally excluded all the individual skills). 'multiplied in the years up to now with all Italian citizens in various situations, as day by day people end up associating with "eat ators of other people's energies or suppressive in the worst hypothesis.Not more nefarious in meeting a couple where the husband is an active enthusiast, while the consort is a chronic apathetic.Because of the unpleasantness of the comparison, the failure (if not even physical confrontations) of the couple is assured. The same applies to groups, jobs, social and political areas, where there is a huge gap in unmatched tonic level.

Quando diversi anni fa, un Cinese mi spiego' come funzionava questo sistema,rimasi allibito, ma col tempo mi resi conto della sua perfida efficacia.

Facciamo subito un esempio pratico per capirci: immaginiamo che il sig. Paolo incontra in un locale i signori A e B che stanno pranzando.Cosa strana è che dietro al tavolo dei due soggetti, i signori W e X ( noti acerrimi nemici di A e B) stiano anche loro pranzando, ignorando totalmente chi li circonda.Il sig. Paolo quando rientra al lavoro si imbatte in un gruppo di colleghi che hanno avuto problemi con entrambe le persone che aveva trovato nel locale (A_ B_ W _X).La prima cosa che dice è: ho incontrato i vostri nemici, hanno fatto un alleanza, credo contro di voi e tutti coloro che odiano! Erano al ristorante a concretizzare il loro accordo!Passata un ora il sig. Paolo si reca per la pausa caffe' ai distributori automatici dell'azienda.Ed ecco che incontra due impiegate che sono rispettivamente la moglie del sig. A e la fidanzata del sig. W.Vede che sono profondamente alterate, quindi per cercare di calmarle ( anche se non conosce il motivo) subito racconta che tutto filava liscio tra i loro partner dato che li aveva visti festeggiare con altri colleghi la disfatta sentimentale del sig. B e X.Ora ,fermiamoci pure qui, ma immaginiamo che caos verra' fuori quando questi soggetti avranno l'occasione di incontrarsi tutti assieme, e soprattutto che razza di conclusioni tireranno sulle loro storie.

Questo è cio' che avviene nella pratica di tutti i giorni quando vari gruppi cercano di formare "alla disperata" un accordo.

Il Cinese mi diceva, che se scopriva qualcosa di interessante, lui non lo comunicava mai a tutti, ma lo frammentava in varie situazioni e le dava in pasto a diverse persone a secondo dei loro desideri o personalita',quindi ognuno aveva una parte di una storia, che rielaborava a secondo del suo punto di vista, e che sicuramente si scontrava con tutti gli altri che avevano gli altri pezzi.

Morale : solo lui conosceva la verita' e poteva quindi giocarsi gli altri personaggi come voleva.( ottimo sistema utilizzato per convincere i propri connazionali ad abbandonare la Cina e venire in Italia  per ricongiungersi con amici e famigliari).

 Tutto questo sistema e' stato assorbito ,prima dai commercialisti legati alle varie famiglie cinesi, poi ai vari politici ed amministratori che hanno seguito tutto lo sviluppo delle famiglie cinesi in Italia.

E' da poco terminato il capodanno cinese, e la cosa che piu' si e' sentita sono i complimenti dei vari sindaci, assessori a tutti i responsabili delle varie associazioni che cosi' tanto si sono prodigate nello sviluppo dei Cinesi in Italia.Peccato che solo qualche giorno prima avevano dato l'ordine di chiudere diversi locali, e che nel momento che parlano stanno preparando una rappresaglia su tutte le attivita' Cinesi di nuova generazione.Ecco dove porta la ritrasmissione: a far si che la il miglior sorriso e complimento nasconda la peggiore azione da portare avanti.

LETTERERALLY DISCOVERED BY THE CHINESE "MODUS OPERANDI" WHICH IS USED TO MANAGE THE MASSES, MAKE IT IN OFFICIAL, DOMINATE THEIR SCOPE

When several years ago, a Chinese man explained to me how this system worked, I was stunned, but over time I became aware of his perfidious effectiveness.

Let's immediately give a practical example to understand: let's imagine that Mr. Paolo meets the gentlemen A and B who are having lunch in a club. What is strange is that behind the table of the two subjects, the Lords W and X (known bitter enemies of A and B) are also having lunch, totally ignoring those around them. He sees that they are deeply altered, so to try to calm them (even if he does not know the reason) immediately tells that everything went smoothly between their partners since he had seen them celebrate with other colleagues the sentimental defeat of Mr. B and X. Now, let's stop here, but imagine that chaos will come out when these subjects will have the opportunity to meet together, and above all what kind of conclusions they will pull on their stories.

This is what happens in everyday practice when various groups try to form a "desperate" agreement.

The Chinese told me that if he discovered something interesting, he never communicated it to everyone, but he fragmented it in various situations and gave it to different people according to their desires or personalities, so everyone had a part of a history, which reworked according to his point of view, and that certainly clashed with all the others who had the other pieces.

Moral: only he knew the truth 'and could then play the other characters as he wanted. (Excellent system used to convince their compatriots to leave China and come to Italy to reunite with friends and family).

 All this system has been absorbed, first by the accountants linked to the various Chinese families, then to the various politicians and administrators who have followed the whole development of Chinese families in Italy.

The Chinese New Year has just come to an end, and the thing that most 'felt is the compliments of the various mayors, aldermen to all the leaders of the various associations that so' have lavished in the development of the Chinese in Italy.Peccato only a few days before they had given the order to close several premises, and that in the moment they speak they are preparing a reprisal of all the Chinese activities of a new generation. Curioso che non sia il denaro ( quello arriva incidentalmente con l'aumento di espansione che si crea ),ma se il denominatore fosse il denaro, ( come nella maggior parte delle attivita' odierne )ci troveremmo all' opposto di una scala positiva, ovvero avremmo soggetti che puntano ad attivita' criminali o legate a quell'ambiente.Da notare un altra cosa: si tratta sempre di soggetti individuali, mai di organizzazioni costituite ( tipo sette religiose,chinatown,partiti politici ) in quanto e' impossibile un effetto creativo da parte di un gruppo ,ma deriva sempre da una fortissima pulsione di un soggetto singolo che ha una realizzazione e la mette in pratica istantaneamente.Quindi  si puo' immaginare in che situazione ci si viene a trovare oggi : si punta tutto sulle pensioni,redditi di accoglienza,legami con organizzazioni che "imprestano denaro a patto che tu ti trasformi in un loro schiavo".Tutto cio' in perfetto contrasto ,come si diceva all' inizio di un " mondo tutto creato nuovo dall' individuo".Il vero scontro di mercato nel presente e nell' immediato futuro, sara' proprio su questo punto, in quanto nessuna organizzazione soppressiva o criminale tollera che un individuo possa fare qualcosa senza il loro "aiuto" ,peggio ancora se questa iniziativa porta all' espansione ed al successo ( senza che possano controllarla in qualche modo ).

Curious that it is not money (that comes incidentally with the increase of expansion that is created), but if the denominator was the money, (as in most activities today) we would be on the opposite of a positive scale, or we would have subjects that point to criminal activities or related to that environment. To notice another thing: they are always individual subjects, never of constituted organizations (like religious sects, chinatowns, political parties) as it is impossible a creative effect on the part of a group, but it always derives from a very strong drive of a single subject that has a realization and puts it into practice instantaneously. So you can imagine what situation you are in today: you bet on pensions, income welcome, ties with organizations that "lend money as long as you turn into a slave". All this in perfect contrast, as we said at the beginning of a "new world created by The individual ". The real market clash in the present and in the immediate future will be precisely on this point, since no suppressive or criminal organization tolerates that an individual can do something without their" help ", even worse if this initiative leads to expansion and success (without being able to control it in any way).
