LO STRUMENTO PIU' DIBATTUTO NEGLI ULTIMI ANNI

DIBATTUTO PER IL SUO USO E ABUSO E FORSE PER LA SUA INUTILITA',MENTRE INVECE E' UNO STRUMENTO ECCEZIONALE PER NON PERDERE TEMPO NEL SELEZIONARE LE PERSONE "NON SOLO PER IL LAVORO"MA PER LA VITA QUOTIDIANA

Infatti parte con l'ottica di dare una traccia dell' individuo che si vuole "presentare". ( generalmente nel mondo del lavoro,ma se usato con astuzia e intelligenza puo' servire a trovare compagni, formare gruppi etc. )

Se qualcuno obbiettasse che i dati possono essere falsi,questo ha importanza se non riesco ad identificarli,ma in ogni caso parto con una traccia che il candidato/a mi da per verificare la sua posizione o caratteristica con delle prove o dei test.Alla fine posso trarne un giudizio globale.

Questo ci aiuta ad accorciare incredibilmente i tempi,perche' altrimenti dovrei fare affidamento solo su giudizi altrui e considerazioni esterne.

Ho dei casi tipici personali che lo provano : certe persone sono andate avanti per anni a fare supposizioni sulla mia vita personale( non conoscendo il fatto che ero stato all' estero con notevoli contatti in vari ambienti,non ho figli per caratteristiche particolari famigliari generazionali ) e naturalmente i risultati che ottenevano erano degli emeriti disastri.

Sarebbe bastata una minima comunicazione "diretta" col sottoscritto per chiarire dubbi o perplessita',e se i dati non fossero stati attendibili, avrebbero accorciato tutti i tempi delle loro conclusioni ed in ogni caso queste sarebbero state reali.

Tutto cio' evidenzia il vero problema odierno che si basa sul blocco della comunicazione,degli individui,in quanto incapaci di maneggiare flussi verbali,scritti,ed anche i movimenti corporei.

 Questo porta  l'Italia a risultare arretrata di 50 anni nei confronti di qualsiasi stato degli Stati Uniti o del Giappone e questo lo si vede dai risultati che ottiene per via dei suoi innumerevoli ritardi di comunicazione nel definire e realizzare qualsiasi tipo di prodotto o servizio.

In fact, it starts with the aim of giving a trace of the individual that one wants to "present". (generally in the world of work, but if used with cunning and intelligence can 'serve to find companions, form groups etc.)

If someone objected that the data may be false, this is important if I can not identify them, but in any case I start with a track that the candidate gives me to verify his position or characteristic with some tests or tests. I can get a global opinion.

This helps us to incredibly shorten the time, because otherwise I would have to rely only on the opinions of others and external considerations.

I have some typical personal cases that prove it: some people have gone on for years to make assumptions about my personal life (not knowing the fact that I had been abroad with considerable contacts in various environments, I have no children for particular family characteristics generational) and of course the results they obtained were emeritus disasters.

A minimal "direct" communication with the undersigned would have been enough to clarify doubts or perplexities, and if the data had not been reliable, they would have shortened all the times of their conclusions and in any case these would have been real.

All this highlights the real problem today that is based on the blocking of communication, of individuals, as they are incapable of handling verbal flows, writings, and even bodily movements.


 This leads Italy to turn back 50 years against any state of the United States or Japan and this can be seen from the results it obtains because of its innumerable communication delays in defining and implementing any type of product or service.
